| Minutes of Meeting | The Installation Ceremony of Rotary Club of Ndew Panvel, Club President Rtn Dr Mina Biswal, Secretary Rtn Girish Samudra & the BOD was held on the 7th of July, 2021 at Rotary Community Hall, Rotary Mega Medical Centre, Khanda Colony, New Panvel. PDG Dr Girish Gune was the Chief Guest for the event and AG Rtn Sunil Kurup was the Special Guest. The Chief Guest administered the Oath to the President RY 2021-22 Dr Mina Biswal which was followed by Oath of Club Secretary and Board of Directors. The outgoing President Rtn JK Shrivastava presented the report of the Club performance during RY 2020-21. He also took this opportunity to felicitate the TRF Donors on this occasion. The incoming President Rtn Dr Mina Biswal introduced her Board of Directors and presented her plans for the RY 2021-22. Speaking on the Occasion, The Chief Guest, PDG Dr. Girish Gune lauded the Club for being the First Rotary Club in India to run the Covid Vaccination Centre. He also gave inspiring guidance to the incoming President for the activities in the RY 2021-22. The Special Guest AG Sunil Kurup offered his best wishes for the club and also read out the message from the District Governor, Pankaj Shah. Two Covid Warrior Doctors, Dr. Prabhakar Patil & Dr. Mayuresh Joshi were felicitated for their outstanding work during the Pandemic.The Club also celebrated the Doctor’s Day by felicitating all the Doctor Members of the Club. |

To discuss the logistics of the Installation Ceremony 2. To talk over agenda of the Installation Ceremony 3. To discuss about the Proposal of Blood Donation Camp on 11th July, 2021 The meeting was initiated by Rtn. Prasad Ganpule. Topics Discussed: Topic Discussion Action Plan Briefing about Installation ceremony Rtn Prasad Ganpule briefed about the Installation Ceremony regarding Venue, Time, Attendance Restrictions. As per the Government Notification it was noted that only 50 members are allowed to be present for the Installation. It was decided to call members individually and take their confirmation of attendance. Discussion on the Agenda of Installation Ceremony The Agenda of Installation Ceremony was thoroughly discussed and finalized. President Rtn Dr. Shilpagauri Ganpule conveyed the Board DG Rtn. Pankaj Shah’s suggestion to induct the new members on the day of Installation. The Board approved the idea of induction of new members on the day of installation. Appeal for Yearly Club Fees and Trust Dues By Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar appealed the board to pay the Yearly Club Fees and Trust Dues on the Installation day. He stated that he would post the same on the WhatsApp group. Information about EREY payment – By Foundation Director PP Rtn Prasad Ganpule announced that he handed over the cheques of EREY to DG Rtn Pankaj Shah. President Rtn Dr. Shilpagauri Ganpule congratulated PP Rtn. Ganesh Kudale, Foundation Director and the Board for the same. Discussion about Blood donation camp proposal by IMAPCMC – President Rtn Dr. Sanjeev Datye President Rtn Dr. Shilpagauri Ganpule informed the Board about the Blood donation camp proposal given by IMAPCMC – President Rtn Dr. Sanjeev Datye. He mentioned that all the logistics and expenses will be looked after by IMAPCMC and the Club will have to arrange snacks for the attendees. The Board accepted the proposal. Any other points with the permission of Chairperson President Rtn Dr. Shilpagauri Ganpule and Rtn Dr. Deepali Patekar, Director Community Development talked about the Tree Plantation Project at Village Pokhari near Bhimashankar. The trees that bear fruits will be planted to attract birds. The concept is labelled as “Birds’ Juice Bar”. Rtn Vishwanath Apte suggested to finalize the car sticker design of “RC Chinchwad Celebrating its 25 Years “as a Public Image Project. The project was sanctioned by the Board. PP Rtn Kishor Gujar suggested to buy medium grown plants instead of small saplings. He stated that small saplings do not survive in the long run. PP Rtn. Sanjay Khanolkar suggested that it would be better to buy the plants from a local nursery in order to save the transportation cost. It was approved by the Board. . Rtn Shivajirao explained that the RI dues of Rs.4621/- paid will be credited to individual member's id and will be considered paid when the member moves to the new club "President and Treasurer presented the budget. The following decisions were taken (i) The yearly club fee will be Rs.15,000/- payable in 2 instalments of Rs.8,000/- and Rs.7,000/- (ii) Rs. 4621/- paid by the members is part of the club fee. (iii) For club A/C opening formalities, Rtn Anand, Rtn Vikram, Rtn Prasad and Rtn Shrikant would check with 2/3 banks for the requirements. " The club letterhead design was discussed. Rtn Vikram will finalize the same. The address on the letterhead should be the address of the current President. The first letter has to be issued to RC Panvel Industrial Town Charitable Trust for booking of meeting venue. It was decided unanimously to request Rtn Jagdish Deshmukh to design the club flag. Rtn Manasi would coordinate with him for the same Installation Date and modalities would be decided later. |
