For the Planning of Projects in Rotary Year 2021-22 a Board of Directors meeting was organized at Hotel Ganesh, Pimpri on Sunday 25th July, 2021 at 9 a.m.
Objectives of the Meeting:
1. To settle the accounts of Rotary Year 2020-21
2. To pass a resolution regarding the shifting of Club and Trust Accounts to YES Bank
3. To discuss the projects to be conducted in Rotary Year 2021-22
4. To formulate a core committee for the 25th Year Celebration and Shishir Vyakhyanmala
The meeting was initiated by Secretary PP Rtn. Prasad Ganpule.

Topic Discussion Action Plan
To settle the accounts of Rotary Year 2020-21 Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar pointed out the need to settle down the accounts of Rotary Year 2020-21. Rtn. Yatish Bhatt agreed to submit the account before 15th August, 2021. Rtn Yatish assured that he along with IPP Rtn Prasad Shett and Rtn. Vivek Lele, Treasurer, 2020-21 would settle down the accounts of Rotary Year 2020-21 before 15th August, 2021.
To pass a resolution regarding the shifting of Club and Trust Accounts to YES Bank Secretary PP Rtn. Prasad Ganpule briefed about the need to shift to YES Bank. It was resolved by the Board of Directors to shift the Club and Trust Accounts to YES Bank at the earliest till 10th August, 2021. Secretary PP Rtn. Prasad Ganpule has to submit the required documents to YES Bank at the earliest before 31st July, 2021.
Handing over the The Board requested Rtn Yatish Bhatt to hand over the PAN Cards of Club and Trust to Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar. Rtn Yatish Bhatt stated that the PAN Card of Trust which is with Rtn Vivek Lele would be handed over immediately. But The Club PAN Card is missing. Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar told that the PAN Cards were handed over to Rtn. Yatish Bhatt in July, 2020. Rtn. Yatish Bhatt assured that he would apply for a Duplicate PAN Card of Club and hand it over till 10th August, 2021.
Rotary International Dues/District Dues/ Rotary News Charges Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar pointed out that the club has to pay the Satellite Club GST Dues for 2020-21 which have not been paid last year.
Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar said that Rotary International Dues/District Dues/ Rotary News Charges have to be paid. Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar stated that the Club would pay the Satellite Club GST Dues for 2020-21 at the earliest.
Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar assured that Rotary International Dues/District Dues/ Rotary News Charges would be sent to RI and Rotary District 3131 at the earliest.
Appeal for Yearly Club Fees and Trust Dues By Treasurer
Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar appealed the board to pay the Yearly Club Fees and Trust Dues till 10th August, 2021. He stated that he would post the same on the WhatsApp group.
Accelerating the 80G Process…forming a committee
President Rtn Prof. Dr. Shilpagauri Prasad Ganpule told that it is necessary to accelerate the 80 G Process. Secretary PP Rtn Prasad Ganpule informed the Board members that the process has been initiated by PP Rtn. Prasad Shett.
The Board directed to form a Committee to accelerate the process. The Committee members approved by the Board are: President Rtn Prof. Dr. Shilpagauri Prasad Ganpule, Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar, PP Rtn. Prasad Shett, Rtn. Yatish Bhatt, Rtn Parag Joshi, PP Rtn. Ganesh Kudale and PP Rtn Rajesh Agarwal.
The Committee was directed to complete the process till September, 2021, as it is needed for CSR Funding and Global Grant Project.
Induction of New Members Director Membership Development Rtn. Sunil Garud
told that the biodata of the proposed members has been circulated on the WhatsApp groups. We can induct them in August, 2021. We can invite the proposed members to attend a meeting on 31st July, 2021. The Board accepted the proposal.
Projects 2021-22 President Rtn Dr. Shilpagauri Ganpule presented before the Board the projects to be conducted in 2021-22. The Board approved the following projects.

A) Bhagawad Gita Fellowship by Ann Mrs. Urmila Apte The Board made a resolution that the President can independently initiate projects up to Rs. 10,000/-.
As the subscription fee of the ZOOM platform is very high, it was decided not to subscribe it unless it would be very essential.
President Rtn Dr. Shilpagauri Ganpule stated that there is a paucity of funds. Hence she is striving to get the Resource Persons who can render their free services voluntarily.
The Board approved to give away the pins etc to the members of the new Interact Club and Rotary Community Corps.
President Rtn Dr. Shilpagauri Ganpule appealed the Board to look for free space for Peace Pole.
Director Vocational Services: Rtn. Mahavir Satyanna assured that he would take appropriate action regarding the tree plantation in factories and the felicitation of employees.
PP Rtn. Surendra Sharma stated that the Sister Club concept should be continued for at least 3 years. It was approved by the Board.
Fund Raising for 25th Year Celebration
District Director Fund Raising: PP Rtn. Rajendra Pophale stated the need of forming a committee. The members approved by the committee are President Rtn Prof. Dr. Shilpagauri Prasad Ganpule, PP Rtn. Rajendra Pophale, Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar, PP Rtn. Prasad Shett, Rtn. Yatish Bhatt, Rtn Parag Joshi, PP Rtn. Ganesh Kudale, Rtn Sunil Garud and PP Rtn Rajesh Agarwal. Director Fund Raising: PP Rtn. Rajendra Pophale has to call a planning meeting at the earliest.
Happy Village/Happy School through CSR The Board decided to select a village near Pimpri Chinchwad in the circumference of maximum 40 kilometers. Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar suggested Village Devali near Kamshet. The Board suggested Treasurer PP Rtn Kishor Gujar to plan for a visit to Village Devali near Kamshet for doing the Need Analysis.
Training for Rotarians
The Board finalized to conduct a training programme under the guidance of Club Trainer PP Rtn. Sanjay Khanolkar for all Rotarians in August, 2021 in a physical setting. The Board suggested Club Trainer PP Rtn. Sanjay Khanolkar to initiate the programme.
Requirements: Rotary App Download, Accounts Update on RI and District Website As District 3131 has recently got the ISO Certification, District officers are very keen on the updating of the Club information and the members’ information, Rotary App Download, Accounts Update on RI and District Website etc. The Board suggested IT Director Rtn Bhupinder Jaggi to motivate the members and do the needful till 15th August, 2021. The Board assured that Rtn Jaggi can take the help of other members as per his requirements.
Handling of Social Media Platforms (News) President Rtn Prof. Dr. Shilpagauri Prasad Ganpule pointed out that the Club cannot afford to appoint a social media handler. The charges of social media are very high. Hence the Club is taking the help of the company Bornkreative run by Annet Sameer Ganpule. Bornkreative is providing free services to the Club. The Services provided by the company are: 1. Handling of Social Platforms, namely, YouTube, Instagram, Website by creating stories, floating them digitally. 2. To make banners 3. To design Club Letterhead 4. To design Rochin
5. To design Rotary Stickers for Public Image Project It was decided by the Board to felicitate the company in future for rendering free services to the Club.
Any other points with the permission of Chairperson
PP Rtn. Rajesh Agarwal introduced the project Happy Slum by choosing 5 poor families and do their rehabilitation.
Rtn Yatish Bhatt’s proposal to provide hydration to a Cyclathon was accepted by the Board.
The Board decided to do the Fund Raising under Disaster Management in Mahad area. PP Rtn Ganesh Kudale suggested to appoint a third party to make a survey in order to choose the families.
An amount of up to Rs. 2500/- was sanctioned for the same.
Rtn Mahavir Satyanna declared Rs. 10000/- and PP Rtn. Rajendra Pophale Rs. 5000/-. It was decided to do the project independently.
