| Minutes of Meeting | President Nilima opened the meeting: @ 7.45 pm President’s Message & Highlights: 1. Pres. Nilima shared her experience on concluded project Guru Poornima. Project Guru Poornima Highlights were shared in impressive manner by Ann. Renu. Project experience was ably shared by Rtn. Ilyas, Najmi , Abbas & Tasneem with blessings received from Gurus. Rotarians / Anns felt much satisfaction on felicitation. President Thanked all the participants for support. 2. . Rtn. Sameer briefed on our on going project of Raksha Bandhan @ Sanjivani School for Mentally Challenged students. Dates will be communicated once covid restrictions are relaxed & School resumed. 3. Teachers Training for eligible 10 Teaches was discussed & approved for implementation. Budget of Rs.355 plus GST each teachers were sanctioned from Club. Members & Anns are requested to suggest names of teachers. Rtn. Tasneem will be resource person for this project & will circulate relevant details of the projects. 4. Rtn.Karu presented project Green dot Ie Disposable sanitary pads. Projects cost stands as 40 K for 100x 4 ‘s pack pad which will last for approx. 03 years. Suggestions were deliberated on recipients from Girme School/ Kaldhari Village. Based on available fund project would be conceived as concluded. 5. Another option ie Menstrual cups was also discussed by Pres.Nilima with a costing of Rs.200 which lasts for approx.. 10 years. Anns has been requested to form small groups & finalise projects for implementation. 6. RCPH welcomed our New Member Capt. Shabbir Patla & Ann. Zohra. New member was inducted by our PP Shabbir P, proposed by Rtn.Najmi. Members thanked both for visiting & induction of New member. 7. Happy village -Chicken project will be implemented in between August 20-30 . 8. Synergy project proposed by Pres. Nilima with partner Rajgurunagar club – project Kitchen Garden has been deliberated & finalised. Beneficiary 100 family. Budget 10 k where 15 types of seeds would be provided. This will generate business for recipients as club objective . 9. Funds availability of Club & Trust was shared by Pres. Members are requested to pay respective dues to carry out more sustainable project. Birthdays & Anniversaries: 1. Rtn. Saneer Mane & 2. Ann . Jyoti Lochan Birthday was celebrated virtually by all participants which @ Aug01,2021 Presentation: No presentation was planned. Messages/ Notices: Secretary urged all members to visit myrotaty.org & get successful training certificate for respective responsibilities of this RY. Upcoming Speakers: Not discussed. Secretary’s Session: 1. DG’s important message was read on District upcoming events. Calendar of various events shared. 2. SAR , District dues are paid & Digital Rotary news subscribed. 3. Rtn.Papaji was congratulated by members for bringing approx. 36 K to our Trust account based on appeal on friends/ Corporates. More appeal is being planned. 4. Rtn.Abbas discussed on bringing donations from friends & corporates . All members agreed to put their efforts. 3. KYR : In absence of desired enthusiasm on this initiative further Know your Rotarian blog is discontinued. 4. DG visit is scheduled on Nov. 01 . Discussion & responsibility would be finalised. 5.
