| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Meeting called to order by President and followed by National Anthem. 2. Arrangements for the 8th August Blood Donation Camp were discussed. Rtn. Rajeevan & Rtn Mendon volunteered to coordinate the Camp. The President requested all Rotarians to visit the Camp at their convenience during 10 am to 5 pm. 3. The Independence Day Flag Hoisting will be held at 9.00 am on 15th August. It was agreed that the Flag Pole should be placed in the New Building, between two Tree Plantations on the right side of the main Gate and Rtn Rajeevan/Rtn Mendon volunteered to make new Foundation for the Flag Pole. 4. Rtn Rajeevan informed that about 30 Rotaract Members will join the Flag Hoisting and after Flag Hoisting & Breakfast, formal Installation of Rotaract will be held in the Community Hall. Accordingly, Mr Kunal Sabnis should be informed NOT to take any booking for 15th August Morning. Breakfast for about 60 People needs to be arranged on 15th August, preferably from Anil Caterers. 5. It was also agreed that Tree Plantation be carried out on Independence Day. Rtn Rajeevan will seek permission from CIDCO to plant trees on the Footpath opposite to the Mega Medical Centre and if not permitted, select another location in the near vicinity of the Building. 6. President urged to all Donors for the Mahad Flood Relief Fund to deposit donations in the Trust Account, so that the fund can be transferred to Rotary Disaster Management Cell. 7. President also urged all present members to plan for New Projects. 8. Secretarial Announcement : Members Present - 09/Sunshine Collection - NIL (Being Web meeting) 9. Rtn Prasad briefed about membership status Gas Crematorium project briefed by Rtn Pimpalkar and Rtn Laghate President Rtn Vijay informed members about the GST certificate cancellation notice from the department and INR 4 lakhs fine imposed on our club for non-payment of GST by vendors and suppliers during the 2018 Panvel Festival GST notice received by the club for INR 4 lakhs for immediate payment Committee formed for GST recovery from the defaulters: Rtn. Nitin Munot Rtn. Kiran Parmar Rtn. Santosh Ambavane Rtn. Indrajeet Kanu President Rtn Vijay also suggested to members and the newly appointed committee for looking into 2019 festival defaulters of GST payment from vendors/suppliers if any. Another committee was formed to coordinate for further action as per advice from experts: Rtn Anil Ambetkar Rtn. Sunil Laghate Rtn. Rajabhau Gupte Rtn Kishore Dhakad suggested to serve the notices to defaulters of GST payments. Rtn Laghate and Rtn Rajabhau Gupte will meet the GST officer to resolve the issues related to GST.
