| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Meeting called to order by President and followed by National Anthem. 2. DGE Dr Anil Parmar briefed about the JOSH Conference and once again requested all members to attend the Utsav Conference in January 2022 to gain experience in Conference Management. He also reminded that the Early Bird Incentive for Registration ends on 31st August and hence urged all members to register taking advantage of the discounted Registration Fee. 3. DGE Dr Anil also informed that a number of committees will be required to be formed for effective organization of the Josh Conference and requested wholehearted participation from all Members. 4. DGE Dr Anil also presented the Dress Code decided for the Members during the Josh Conference and displayed the Samples for everyone’s knowledge. 5. Rtn Praful Dhargalkar briefed about the Registration Fee Structure as under… a. Registration at Conference Venue-29-30 January, 22 : Rs. 8,000 (With Gift) b. Registration from 01-02.2022 to 31.07.2022 : Rs. 8,000 c. Registration from 01.08.2022 up to Conference Date : Rs. 9,000 d. Registration Fee for Rotaractors : Rs. 7,500 e. Patron Registration Fee (Couple) : Rs. 22,000 f. Patron Registration Fee (Single) : Rs. 12,500 6. Rtn Praful also explained the Stay Charges as Pre-negotiated with Amby Valley as under… a. For Bookings of First 100 Rooms (200 Pax) : Rs. 4,500 Per Head b. For Bookings of next 100 Rooms (200 Pax) : Rs. 5,000 Per Head c. Note : Suites are available-for those who wish to book suite please contact conference committee individually 7.
