| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Meeting called to order by President and followed by National Anthem. 2. President Dr Mina Biswal reported about the Blood Donation Camp organized by Kutch Yuvak Sangh at MCCH Society, Panvel wherein 44 Blood Bottles were collected. This camp was organized with the efforts of Rtn. Rajeevan. 3. President informed that she attended the District Membership Seminar held at Pune on Sunday, 29th August. She announced that about 1000 new members have been added to District 3131. 4. President also conveyed the directive of the District Governor to deposit Sunshine collections in the Donation Box distributed by him to all Presidents. This collection will be donated to Rotary Polio Mission. 5. President briefed about the Certificate Course being offered Free of Cost to Women. She urged all members to spread this message on their individual groups to achieve Women Empowerment. 6. Secretary Rtn. Girish Samudra briefed about the next Family Meeting proposed on Wednesday, 15th September on the eve of Ganesh Festival and also briefed about the typical Maharashtrian Menu being arranged for this Family Meet. Rtn Rajeevan suggested the Dress code as Maharashtrian Dhoti/Kurta for Men and Saree for the Women. 7. RC Kharghar has organized a Lecture on “Know your Rotary” by PDG Dr. Shailesh Palekar on Saturday, the 4th September, 2021 at Kharghar. President urged the members to attend this program. 8. Meeting was attended by about 14 Members. |
