After meeting was called to order and secretarial announcements, all the Past presidents of the club have cut the cake and thereafter birthday of members was celebrated with cake cutting. Rotaractors and spouses were also present in large numbers for this meeting. Thereafter there was dance performance by special dance group and special performance by the niece of Rtn. Sanjay Shinde. With amazing fellowship and warm masala dudh, the celebration came to an end. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Rtn. Dhananjay Bhinge Director happy village briefed the board about Happy Village project. He presented the current status of the project .GG project is to be inaugurated on 26th Jan 2022. A letter to be given to Muskan that the amount of 12500 $ at rate of Rs.71.5/$ has been kept reserved for education purpose project to be executed jointly in India. TATA motors will be our external partner for this project. It was decided that BIAF will take care of all the activities to be done at Happy village including construction and animal husbandry. The amount which is to be paid to BIAF in 2nd and 3rd year will be raised through CSR. Happy Village project will be completed by the end of September 2022 starting in January 2022. President Abhijeet Shinde proposed to the BOD members, Rtn Girish Firgane to be included in BOD and also proposed to make him Director-Fellowship. BOD approved the same. Rtn Sadanand Nayak proposed Rtn Nitin Dhamale as candidate for DG election 2023-24. Board approved the same. |
