MONTHLY BOD MEETING OF CLUB AND TRUST |

The points taken up for discussions are as under:
1. The date for AGM was discussed and various dates were considered. Finally Rtn Prakash Avachat proposed that AGM be held on December 12, which was seconded by IPP Kiran Ingale and agreed by all. It was also shared that in the AGM, following need to be put up:
a. IPP Rtn Kiran Ingale and Treasurer 20-21 Rtn Hemant Godbole to finalise Accounts of 20-21 and get it Audited
b. PE Rtn Ajay Mutatkar to finalise his BoD for 2022-23
c. Current Year President & Secretary to arrange for election of Club President for the year 2024-25.
2. IPP Kiran Ingale shared that further to the discussion with Advocates regarding the issues of the Trust, he will get the proposed Advocate to Mr Chitte’s office and share the Trust file to get proposal from Advocate to take forward the work. The copies of pages required by Advocate will be given to him. IPP Kiran also said that this will be done in next 3-4 days.
3. It was also shared in last AGM that we need the information on filing of Club returns, Rtn Nivedita Mulay will share this with the Administration Group of District 3131 and revert back. Based on same, club will take how to go ahead with filing of return, arranging PAN, TAN. This is still pending and all BOD members felt this to be expedited.
4. President Mahendra Chitte proposed the following expenses and asked for release of payment accordingly. This was seconded by Rtn Ajay Mutatkar and approved unanimously:
TRUST EXPENSES APPROVED:
a. Peek Pahani (organized by District 3131) Rs 10,000 of this Rtn Rahul Lale will provide Rs 5,000, Rtn Sandesh Kothadia will provide 2,000, Rs 1,000 by Rtn Prakash Avachat and balance Rs2,000 will be spent by Trust.
b. Transport Charges of Rs 2,200 (Rs 700 taking tiles to Ajinkya Dedge School, Rs 1500 for movement of 35 Chairs and Table to the Ajinkya Dedge School).
c. Total Expense held for transportation of books, organizing program at Ajinkya Dedge School: Rs 1,000.
d. Labels Dome and Certificates at the Aajol Program: Rs 690
e. For RTO Transfer work for MUMMY Vehicle: RS 20,000
CLUB EXPENSES APPROVED:
f. Club will spend Rs 10,000 for the Diwali get together. Further will be shared by all the club members.
g. Interact Expenses, Rotract Club certificate, Xerox Expenses: Rs 585
h. Environment Conclave expense sharing (for President and Secretary) Rs 1500
5. IPP Kiran Ingale shares that TRUST had received Rs 1.36 Lakhs (Rs 56 Received as Donation, Rs 50 K given by District and Rs 30 K contributed by Members- Rs 12 K Rtn Sudhir Belgamwar, Rs 9 K Rtn Prakash Avachat, Rs 6 K by Hon Member Govindrao Hardikar and Rs 3 K from Rtn Geetu Patel). This was received by Trust for the Cataract Project which could not be done due to various reasons. IPP Kiran Ingale proposed that from this, we should partner for two Global Projects:
a. Rs 75,000 to be given to Rotary Foundation for partnering with Rotary Club Gandhi Bhawan project of ICU Beds for Deoyani Hospital
b. Rs 61,000 to be given to Rotary foundation for the Voice and Speech Disorder Project under partnership of Rotary Katraj.
c. The above proposals were seconded by Rtn Prakash Avachat and approved by all.
6. It was shared that Mr Vivek Joshi would be joining Rotary Club of Pune Sahawas and membership fee in proportion basis will be charged to him based on date of joining. It was also shared that Kedar Ingale has also agreed to be Rotary member and dues will be charged form January 2022. |
