MOM 5th BOD Meeting of Rotary Club of Pune Metro for RY 2021-22

1. President Sneha welcomed BOD Members and updated all on events for the month of Sept and felicitated as per . President announced that RCPM will be participating in the Ekankika contest and the convenor for this would be Rtn Raja Utturkar.
2. BOD Confirmed MOM of 4th BOD held on 3rd Oct 2021. Proposed by JoInt Secretary Rajendra Majali and Seconded by PE Rtn Vivek Kulkarni.
3. Secretary Rtn Surekha informed all of Nov weekly events as follows:
11th Nov: Diwali celebrations with a musical evening and felicitation of donors.
18th Nov: Nomination Committee results on Zoom
21st Nov: A zoom session with Dr. Keskar on the immediate treatment for day-to-day medical emergencies
25th Nov: Shashi Kapoor programme
4. BOD Members presented their updates as per :
• Club Admin PP Rtn Bhavana Chahure:
o Diwali programme : Kedar Joshi and his team will perform. We will invite donors and felicitate them with a small gift. We will also invite guests, Rotaractors, Jagriti guests, Satellite members etc.
o Nomination Committee election: Google forms will be sent out two days before election till 6 pm on 18th. A small entertainment programme to be held after which the results of the nomination committee will be declared.
o 21st Nov: Zoom meeting may take place in the morning that Sunday. We can try for joint meeting with some clubs
o 28th Nov. session by Priyadarshan on zoom TBD
o 5th Dec : Paraplegic visit TBD
o 19th Dec: Sports Day TBD
o 30th Dec: AGM
o It was decided that Bulletin should be max 5 pages long
• Projects PP Rtn Mukund Chiplunkar
o Blood Donation Camp: Suggestion that we should get Rotaractors involved in this and maybe have the camp at MCOE campus. To be explored
o Public Library in Bhose: RCPM to donate Rs.50,000 towards this.
o Tarunyabhan: Venue to be explored. Rs.40,000 already sanctioned and Rs. 50,000 more will be required, which was approved.
o Biogas at Patashibai Lunkad Blind School requirement is of Rs.5.28 Lakhs. RCPM to allocate Rs.2 lakhs for this project.
o Renuka Swaroop: a meeting will be held to scope the requirement. RCPM will allocate Rs. 2 lakhs for this Project. TRF approval is being sought to allocate balance funds from Pune Metro Happy School GG Project for this work.
o RCPM has sanctioned Rs.50000 for the Sanitary Pads project
o Inauguration of Happy schools will begin from last week of Nov.
o Nutritional Guidance to be launched with the help of Rotaractors

o 9 members have still not paid the annual fees. It was decided that Girish will msg, call and report on the same
o Non payment of fees: this point needs to be taken up at the AGM and a clause added in the bye laws.
o A letter will be required to change Girish’s email id at the Bank of Baroda
• Membership PP Rtn Padma Shahane
o Two to three members are likely to join the Satellite Club.
o Train Satellite Club on holding meeting, BOD, handling finances, enrolling new members etc.

• Youth Rtn Amita Nene
o Interact Assembly: we have a refund coming in and need the account number for the same. Girish to provide the same to Amita

o 9 issues of Club Bulletin released so far
o All bulletins are inclusive in nature covering RI as well as District activities.
o Strong focus Rotary and Club Information with emphasis on theme of month, Club Projects and meetings highlighting major points.
o Members' Forum gives opportunity to members to participate,
o Achievement of members are highlighted with focus on recognition and assimilation.
o All this with layouts, page headings and appropriate photos or collages to make the bulletin attractive..
o This serves as a month wise record for the year also; so that if someone wants to know details of a particular project, e.g. name of convener, when carried out, etc just refer to the bulletin and the info is there
• IT Rtn Rajendra Erande (not present) Below is update as sent
o RI Website: Pending registration is being followed up with RI Helpdesk. We should plan to use ‘Showcase feature’ effectively. Currently 9 completed and 8 in progress projects are uploaded
o RID 3131 Website:
Now data entry is possible for most of the areas. Surekha took big initiative and ensured to complete the document entry with respective Avenue Directors.
CPI is new added feature. It gives total score with break-up. RCPM is amongst top 3 clubs in RID 3131. Current Rank 2. It is 20 points less than Rank 1 club. 584, 572, 560 is current score. It is prestigious score to know our rated achievement and near completion of our up-to-date documentation
We have started viewing the statements. During testing and live data entry, certain difficulties are faced which are being taken up with the development and support team.
o RID 3131 Mobile Application:
It is incomplete and as understood, it will be developed/corrected after Website.
New features will be added soon
o Training & Awareness: Website training will be scheduled after it is accepted / cleared by the testing Team.
o Access control and Feature: Documentation is still not received from the district.
o What information is available from the Website exclusively to the President and AG?

o Partner Club of Nepal : in talks?? Check with PE Vivek what is to be noted.
o Fund raising: core team to be made by PE
