| Minutes of Meeting | Rotary Club of Poona North RI Year 2021-22 BOD Meeting Agenda Date and Time: 8.00pm - 9.00 pm, 25th November 2021; Venue: Online Zoom Meeting Agenda 1. Reading of the minutes of 4th BOD 2. Leave of absence of any Director, if any. Rtn Taranath. 3. Directors Reports: Foundation Director – Rtn Shymsunder: Till date, 18 members contributed to EREY. Collecting from individual members is tedious and it is better to adhere to collect through the club dues(as was practiced previously) and then transfer to RI Foundation. Pres Rtn Maneesha, suggested that it will be difficult to change the strategy during mid-way, however, next year BOD may take this suggestion as a guideline for efficiently collecting EREY contributions. Rtn PE Girish proposed that we may alter the bill of RI dues for the second semester with Rs2,000 for those members who have not contributed during the current RI year. It was seconded by Rtn Rajendra and approved by all members. All BOD members are requested to contribute towards EREY asap. International Projects – Rtn PE Girish: Cow Project: We have received Rs80,00,000 for RI and now we may go ahead with the actual cow donation. Tablet Proejct4: The schools are re-opening on the 29th of November. After this, actual tablet efficacy survey will commence. In Mawal region the boards have been handed over and in other regions viz: Akluj, Sangamner, and Panchgani, these have been couriered. Tablet Project 5: Community assessment surveys (CNAR) are almost completed and soon the project will be uploaded for GG5. On Monday 29th Nov 2021 the committee members will be visiting few villages as part of the school identification survey. Rotraii: No fresh donations received/ given during November. In Decemebr2021, a payment towards maintenance will be made. RCP Warje has so far donated 1.8 ton of organic manure. Home Nursing Course: Certificates distribution to 30 successful lady candidates have taken place during November 2021. Old Clothes donation: Old but good condition clothes were collected and handed over to Jagruti Sewa Sanstha for distribution amongst the needy. PI Director Neelam Bende: A team of 3 members - Ann Madhavi Nawathe, Rtn Krishan Kurdukar and Rtn Neelam Bende have participated as a team in Natya Abhiwachan competition arranged by RCP University and the participation fees were paid by contribution. Also, participation fees for one-act play were paid by the club. 4. Dr Vinay Sachadeva’s membership: Pending, form is not received yet. 5. Rtn Ajit Gangoli’s resignation approval: The decision is pending till the next BOD. 6. Discussion/approval for new projects if any: a. KEM hospital project of Collecting the funds for Free Child Treatment center, initiated by Rtn Dr. Sudha Chaudahry, proposed by Rtn Shyamsunder and seconded by Rtn PE Girish Konkar and approved by BOD. 7. Any other point with the permission of the chair. a. Rtn Amit Sarode’s membership dues are pending. Rtn Rajndra to ask him to pay the dues immediately. 8. Vote of Thanks: Proposed by Pres Rtn Maneesha to all BOD members. |

The Quiz was conducted by Rtn.Milind and support team was Anuradha, Manjusha and Shrikant. The entire competition was digital with almost no use of paper and pen. The feedback received was excellent and motivates the team to do just as well next year |
