Current status of both accounts Trust and Club – Rtn. Rakesh Pawar. 3. Current status of RCPL Trust – Rtn Rakesh Pawar 4. Affordable Chemo our club contribution couldn’t made so the GG dropped. 5. GG for Cow donation with RCP Pashan is approved our contribution of $1000 to be made at earliest. 6. Approval for the Club day payment & Children’s day payment from BOD. 7. To host District Sports Seminar to be organized by our satellite club, we need to pay, all funds will come through sponsorship. 8. District vocational team is organizing Vocational awards to unsung hero’s in sports, we will be host club with other 3 clubs, contribution will be of Rs 3000. 9. Last week visited a school at Sanjay Park near Vimannagar which is for the children of widow’s and the jail prisoner, he is in requirement of some books, list is attached below. We, at Mahatma Gandhi School, Pune (A free English medium school to uplift orphans and children of prisoners, widows, daily wagers and single mothers) are currently providing free education to 366 underprivileged children (Nursery to Grade VI). We do not take any kind of fees from our students but provide free books, bags, uniforms, shoes, stationery, sweaters and conveyance. We are conducting a career guidance series under RYLA in association with RC Narayangaon Highway since 7th Dec, two sessions completed, this will be till Jan month end. Need participation from other members. 11. Planning to execute one program at Vocational excellence to best teachers in association with various clubs & RC Narayangaon Highway at BMCC in the month of Feb costing will be decided once no of clubs participation known to us. 12. Shramdan activity to be carried out in western part of Khed, 10 clubs in synergy, it will be 2 days activity. 13. Rs 51000 received donation from Kulkarni family, last week visited Vision English medium, Chinchwad where we need to donate Rs 1.20 Lakhs for library.
