| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Meeting called to order followed by National Anthem. 2. President briefed the forum about ‘Asmita’ Women Empowerment Project. She described this project as proud mission of RI President Shekhar Mehta with estimated expenditure of about 200,000 US Dollars. About 500 Unmarried Girls in our district will be benefited by this project. 3. She also explained that our Club has to contribute Rs. 1 Lakh to this project and Rs. 3 Lakhs will be contributed from CSR Funds. As our club does not have sufficient Funds, she requested all members to donate minimum Rs. 1,000 each to the Trust Account to match our contribution. 4. Under this project Tablet Mobiles shall be distributed to economically backward Girls along with Study Materials and other useful items like Sanitary Napkins will also be distributed Free of Cost. 5. President also informed that RC Kharghar Midtown will soon conduct a Blood Donation Camp. 6. President requested that maximum Members should register as Patrons for the Josh Conference as the conference will need sufficient funds to meet the initial expenses till the conference is officially launched during Utsav Conference. 7. A request letter has been received from a Cycling Club (Team KKCC) from Kalamboli. They will be conducting a Cycling Parade on the 26th January, 2022 in which about 100- 150 Cyclists will take part. Team KKCC has requested RCNP to sponsor ‘Tee Shirts’ and breakfast for them after the Parade. 8. The estimated expense for this sponsorship came to about Rs. 45,000. As RCNP does not have such spare funds, it was agreed to do this project in synergy with two more clubs. President will initiate dialogue with other clubs regarding this. 9. President also informed that the Club Dues of about Rs. 2 Lakhs will have to be paid in the month of January, 2022 and hence requested all members to pay the club fees/dues on priority. She will also send personal messages to all members who have so far not paid the club fees. 10. It was unanimously decided that a Family Meeting will be held on 29th December to welcome the New Year. Indoor games like Musical Chair shall be organized on that day. A Karaoke Singing competition shall be conducted with prizes for the winners. Rtn JK Shrivastava & Rtn Vishram Ekambe were given the responsibility to organize these activities. 11. It was also decided to have a Chinese Food Menu from a different Caterer and Rtn Sanjay/Seema Dahedar and Rtn Anjali Nikam have accepted the responsibility to arrange food. 12.
