A nicely decorated Xmas tree welcomed the members and lots of games and gifts made the evening more enjoyable. We also had Annets singing songs on which many danced away merrily. |

Subject 1-Minutes of last BOD meeting held in 16thNovember at Amantranand on 24thNovember at RCC Hall Subject 2-Joint BOT and BOD meeting held on 10th December at RCC Hall discussed and gist of discussion are as below Resolution no- 6th BOD minutes of meeting held on 16th of November was read and confirmed by all the members without any objection Suggested by-RtnC. G. Panhale Sign Supported by-Rtn Sunil Borade Sign Subject 2-Joint BOT and BOD meeting held on 10th December at RCC Hall discussed and list of discussion are as below Resolution no- A Discussion on tenure and induction of new trustee Rtn SrinivasKoduru: pointed out that trust deed must be circulated to all club members and required changes/amendments etc. must done from time to time as per trust law & prevailing club requirements. PP Rtn Arwind Sawalekar: Pointed out that trust deed is based on old standard draft and need to make changes and it should be clean and clear to all Rotarian. Induction of three new trustee and retirement of three senior trustee is discussed and accepted by all. This changes will be made and inform to charitable commissioner immediately. These changes should come in force on or before 1st April 2021.? The changes proposed above by members is accepted by all and passed unanimously B. Issue on Hoarding All present BOD members expressed that this issue of Hoardings must be closed and Hoardings must be removed once for all. Vendor Rotarian is creating misunderstanding among Rotarians and making losses to our club. Due to his vested interest of doing business in Rotary and to safeguard his own interest and business, Vendor Rotarian is making allegations on functioning of BOD. All the present BOD members expressed that this issue will be finished totally by removing both the hoarding and the faulty MOU stands cancelled PP Rtn Sawlekar: pointed out that all PPs already discussed this issue in past however even after several discussions, meetings, letters and telephonic calls our trustees are not responding and continuing the losses of trust by illegally permitting the hoarding though the MOU period of hoarding is expired on 31/10/21. We do not understand why trustee are supporting illegal activities and making losses to our trust. He also pointed out that why club should suffer because of ill intention of one person. Hence he proposed immediate action in this matter C. Discussion on complaint made by IPP Harmesh Tanna to DG The e-mail dated 22nd November of IPP Harmesh Tanna forwarded by DG on 10th of the December 2021 to the our President on the same day or one day before BOT & BOD meeting held on 10th December 2021. IPP Harmesh has written this concerned letter within 6 days from the BOD meeting held on 16th of November2o21.when decision of removing the Hoardings made in that meeting. Immediately he left the meeting. And then Trust has also given joint meeting date 10thDecember 2021.From the contents of e-mail it is observed by all the members that the complainer IPP Harmesh Tanna used abused, unofficial bad words like Notorious, intoxication, threats, autocratic, vengeance, wannabe, nuisance, expelled etc. President informed that DG has formed the Intervene committee of three PDGs to enquire in this matter of club administration Rtn Charudatta Bhagat: We should comply all the points and strict action must be initiated because ultimately image of our club is spoiling in district. PN RtnDr. Jay Bhandarkar: Allegation on President is allegation on club and it is very unfortunate that our one Rotarian only spoiling the image of our club. The words used in complain are really insulting to whole BOD and club. RtnMadhusudhanMalpani: Such type of complains are spoiling the image of our club, we must clarify it immediately and agreed with the views of PN Rtn. Dr. Jay Bhnadarkar given above. PP RtnArwindSawalekar: We do not understand that Why DG has not discussed this issue with serving President. Instead of discussing this issue with club serving president DG has directly formed the enquiry committee consisting of three PDGs. It is very unfortunate and disgusting to our entire club. There are various type of differences and hot discussions in mostly all the clubs even in assemblies also. By frustration just to run the hoarding business Vendor IPP Harmesh Tanna making not only allegations on the club but spoiling the image of club and making huge losses to trust. Why entire club or trust should suffer because of one person. Why club should divide in different types of opinions. Hence to have good bonding, healthy atmosphere in club and to avoid such type of activities in future strict action must be initiated against IPP Rtn Harmesh Tanna including removal of him by legal procedure from the club. All the present BOD members agreed on this proposal in TOTO. Hence resolution of taking strict action is passed by all BOD members PPRtn V.C. mhatre - Brought it to notice that PP Rtn Dr PramodGandhi informed during joint meeting of BOD & BOT that IPP Harmesh Tanna complaint to RI President and RI President forwarded it to DG. This shows that club name has spoiled not at district level at international level too. Rtn. PP Chandrashekhar Panhale- Agreed with the opinion of PP Arwind Sawalekar given above in TOTO. He further stated that while removing the club members during the last Rotary year i.e. 2020-21 the president has not followed the set procedure. . 1) Rtn SrinivasKoduru: condemned the act of IPP and formation of committee. By DG 2) Secretary Rtn Vinod Gurme It is the club of creamy layer well educated population but its very unfortunate that we all together can’t handle or take appropriate decision. Referring from above discussion all members are agreed on following points 1. Every year three senior trustee must retire and three new trustee from the club will be inducted 2. Both the hoardings must be removed immediately & the losses made by vender to the trust and club should be calculated and recovered from the vender 3. IPP Rtn Harmesh Tanna has spoiled Image of club at District and International Level as well as in society by using unparliamentarily language against BOD & Club Members. He also made serious allegation on serving president. So it is decided that strict action should be taken against IPP Harmesh Tanna like removal/termination of membership from the club immediately.
