| Minutes of Meeting | The Board of Directors meeting was held at Sagar Hotel, Mezannine Floor, Panvel. The meeting was sponsored by Rtn. Ritesh Munot and Rtn. Neeraj Kothari. 1. President Nominee Designate 2024-2025 was declared by Vice-Chairman of Election Committee Chairman - P.P. Rtn. Ritesh Munot. Rtn. Suniti Dixit was declared as President Nominee Designate 2024-2025 of the club. 2. President Elect - Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite declared Board of Directors for the year 2022-2023. 3. It was decided to carry Notebooks Distribution, Bags Distribution, Pipeline setup, Solar Light Installation and Donation, Sandals Distribution, Cycle Donation, Old Clothes Donation, Sanitary Napkin Donation, Drawing Kit Donation amongst other. The tentative date being 09th January 2022. 4. It was decided to donate 30 Fruit Saplings in line with RID 3131 environment project synergy initiative. 5.
