| Minutes of Meeting | MOM dated January 03 virtual meeting. Members attended 13 plus Important discussion highlights 1. On going & future projects were discussed . Kaldhari village project namely vocational training , bachat ghat & career counselling will be planned now after normalisation of covid restrictions. 2. Blind kit distribution project was differed & date be finalised after interaction with Rtn. Najmi . Rtn Rashida, Shabbir P, Abbas bhai has volunteered for special initiative in reaching Najmi bhai to be present during project execution. 3. Rtn Rashida confirmed that she will coordinate with Girme Principal for possible career counselling in the III week of January. Date would be communicated 4.Rtn .Rashida confirmed her forthcoming webinar scheduled on March 08 ie Women’s day. Large participation is requested 5. Rtn Shabbir K suggested for finalisation of date of interact installation after school reopens. 6.pipe line projects would be shared on group for finalisation by President. 7.Many projects ideas were deliberated by Rtn’s Abbas, ilyas, papaji, Nitin. It was concluded to undertake medical projects with budget of 15- 20 K . Date would be finalised in consultation with Sane Guruji hospital Hadapsar 8. PE Shabbir N opened the discussion on candidate for President Nominee . Shabbir P has been finalised as Secretary for next year . Rtn Suhail highlighted on rotary protocol on succession as PN / secretary 9. Secretarial announcement on Birthdays & anniversaries offered for the month of Dec/ Jan. 10. B) Other expenses of the project to be done by fund raising by Members. 02) Caring Hands and Khed School We have approached M/S Kalyani Technoforge to associate with us to fund these requirements. 03) Membership Mr Sanjay Ghungrud's membership approved in BOD and since no member has objected he can be inducted in the Club. 04) Guidelines of nomination Committee approved by board. 05) PP Jeetendra Sharma will be the Election Officer for nomination Committee election selection. (2) Notice of collection of last 2 instalments of Club Fees cheques as decided will be shared on general group by Treasurer Atul & request the members to hurry up. (3) Service Project of distributing first 100 Reusable Sanitary Napkins will be conducted in CDG school & with 8 th std girls in view in the month of January; in co-ordination with Club’s New Gen Director. • Sanitary Napkins to be ordered immediately by Service Director • District person will deliver a lecture in person on importance of the Reusable SN. (4) Public Image & Membership Project of Pets with Shilpa as the Convenor is shaping up well, Estimated expenses for the project is around 32k , plus or minus a few ( sanctioned) Virangula Kendr is finalised.
