| Minutes of Meeting | AGM : Minutes Of Meeting @ Hotel Spree Dtd : 08th Jan, 2022. Meeting Call to order by President Rtn Santosh with required quorum achieved. He welcomed All. After the national anthem PE Rtn Vincent is welcome on the dice and Rtn Atul recited the four way test . President Santosh started the AGM proceedings Sec Rtn Sarang read out the last AGM minutes and same were confirmed. Last MoM confirmed & Proposed by Rtn Varsha and Seconded by Rtn. Anil Sharma President Rtn Santosh requested to update on Affordable Chemo Unit with GG at LIFE Point Hospital at WAKAD- And same was done by the Secretary Sarang President Santosh presented the budget on behalf of Rtn Anand , Past Treasurer , informed about club unaudited balance sheet . Proposed by Rtn Santosh Bhalekar and Seconded by Rtn Prashant Pawar. Next Years membership fees will be collected as per decision taken in AGM RY 20-21, i.e. Rs 19,000.00 is total fees to be collected in couple of instalments. Next balanced amount for RY 2021-22 of Rs 9000.00 will be collected on or before 31st Jan 2022 . Proposed by Rtn Santosh Bhalekar and Seconded by Rtn Sushil. The cap of 8 % rise in Membership fees structure should be removed as per the proposal by PE Vincent .Unanimously accepted after useful discussion. Seconded by PP Anil Sharma Next year’s fees will be Rs. 19000.00 and for spouse it will Rs. 8500.00 Proposed by Rtn Santosh and Seconded by Rtn Vincent . Any Other Point 1. Committee for trust issue resolve to be formed , And with ALL The PPs, with IPP and PE, PN, PND will be part of it . They will meet next week @ PP Varsha office for further actions in this regards. 2. PP Anil Sharma suggested that special efforts should be taken to bring in quality members and ensure to bring back th crowning glory back to RCPT. 3. All the members congratulated PP Sushil Arora for his extra support and active cooperation to club during the tough times in recent past. Also congrts to President Santosh 4. | Minutes of Meeting | Pre-fellowship started at 6 PM on Zoom where many members joined and interacted with each other on various topics. Post pre-Fellowship, the meeting was called to order by Pres. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay and all members and guests were welcomed to the meeting. As a salute to spirit of giving, the members appreciated the contribution by: Rtn PP Madhu Rathi - 1000$ for APF We received donation of Rs 5,86,250 from IIMB Alumni Association and Rs 2,05,000 from Alkyl Company for Mobile Covid Vaccination Project. Also, Franklin Templeton Asset Management Pvt Limited has committed and amount of 1.78 crores for the Vaccination Project of which we have received the first instalment of Rs 58,74,000/-. President Amitabha updated members about the Vaccination on Wheels Project status. 7,24,035 vaccines have been administered as on 7th Jan. The Robotics Project online classes has started from 7th January, 2022. These Classes will be conducted on Friday and Saturday from 7 pm to 8 pm. Those students unable to attend the online classes, will see the videos on “MPOWERO” mobile App. Total 167 girls enrolled from Z P School Dhanore and Kanya Shala Chakan. Rtn. Oni and Nafisa Kakajiwala handed over 10,800- N95 masks to Vaccine-On-Wheel project. An Eye Check Up Camp was organized at Disha Institute on 29th December, 2021 by Rtn Oni and Nafisa Kakajiwala. A total of 87 persons had their eyes checked of whom 81 were adults and 6 were children. 32 reading glasses given out and 6 need cataract surgery including one 11-year-old girl. President Amitabha made announcements regarding the Utsav District Conference, the Innerwheel Cancer Awareness Programme. We wished happy birthday to R'Ann Sita Bhatia, Rtn. PP Polly Patel, R'Ann Fatema Chinoy, R'Ann Hutokshi Pundole, Rtn. Arun Shroff and Rtn. Surendra Shroff. We wished happy anniversary to Rtn. Jayant and R'Ann Meera Luthra, Rtn. PP Sanjiv and R'Ann Rita Kumar. This week guest speaker Mr. Priyadarshan Sahasrabuddhe spoke on “'Transforming our Waste Problem into a Climate Solution”. Through his waste to energy system Vaayu, a compact biogas system, he is managing 2.5 tons of food waste per day, offsetting 2,670 cylinders/year worth of LPG and creating a fossil CO2 offset of 115 tons/year. It was a very informative session and we hope that RCPC and Mr Priyadarshan can work on some good waste management initiatives in the future. Last week End Polio Now collection was Rs 1000/- Next Week Saturday, 15th January 2022 the Club Birthday will be celebrated in online mode due to the Covid restrictions. |
