| Minutes of Meeting | DG Rtn. Pankaj Shah Visited our Club on 19th January 2022 at 05:00 PM after attending a Traffic Awareness Project at Khopoli Bus Stand. 1. DG with Strategic Planning Meeting : Time 5:00 to 05:30 a. DG appreciated the declared planning with suggestion that Rtn. Surendra Joshi should accept to become president for 2022-23. Rtn. Surendra Joshi has accepted the proposal. b. He also suggested that all CSR proposals above 16.00 Lakhs if routed through District the points gathered for clubs will be more along with 3-5% contribution from District 2. DG with Board Members : Time 5:30 to 06:00 a. DG reviewed the work and suggested that since our club is 58 yrs old, we should focus on following points i. Membership Development : By doing medical projects along with Rotary Information in Elite Societies to get new Members ii. Review the Vocation and add new Vocations b. He also suggested that all Members should contribute to AF to become 100% giving. Please think of Polio Fund Also 3. DG With Youth : Time 6:30 to 07:00 a. DG reviewed the work and discussed with Interactors for 15 Mts and appreciated their presence 4. DG in General Meeting : Time 7:15 to 9:00 PM 1. After Lightening the Lamp, Welcome, Happy Movements the Secretary Report was observed by all 2. Rotary President expressed his view for doing these project and told his future plans for rest of 5 months 3. AG Rtn. Mhatre appreciated the work done by our Club and awarded 3 Prizes 4. DG Rtn. Pankaj Shah expressed his view in his detailed speech. He explain the points discussed in earlier meeting 5. Vote of Thanks well expressed by Rtn. Dr. Nalini 6.
