| Minutes of Meeting | A very thought provoking topic by Mr. Nithya Shanti - Accessing Natural Wisdom. Mr. Shanti’s message is to reach a state of emptiness. He suggested a simple exercise - •Move your attention/focus from your head to heart. •To your body. •To the universe outside. This little exercise made us realise that to what extent we are engrossed in managing matters in our head. This made us aware of the fact that there is the heart, the body and the environment outside. To access the natural wisdom his message was - बस एक काम करो, खुदको खाली करो । The process of emptiness starts by saying - I want nothing, I need nothing, I own nothing, I know nothing and I am nothing. Very strong and bold statements indeed. A concept difficult to understand, adopt and implement. Mr. Shanti pointed towards a different approach and introduced a bold, different way of thinking. Though a scary thought but scared people perform better. Empty people have better acceptance and adaptability. It was a very enlightening morning to be shown a new and altogether different approach.
