4. As discussed and executed project of medical check up camp at Pune Blind School, Opp Gandhi Bhawan, Kothrud, Bill of medicines for vitamins to be pay of Rs. 11,000/-
5. On 19th May we will be having program of Marathi Actor Prashant Damle at Ganesh Hall, New English School, Tilak Road, Fund provision upto Rs 15000- 20000 is to be made by Rtn Mahesh Ghorpade from the sponsorer Prince Masale. Our member Rtn Sanmit Shah is sponsoring Rs 5000, we will be adding 5 clubs in synergy which will pay Rs 2000/- each, NRIPO will be in association.
Apprximate expenses incurred will be
A. Hall Charges Rs 7080/-
B. Fellowship Snacks Rs 16000/-
C. Felicitation Citation & other expenses Rs 3500/-
6. We will be taking part in Synergy with Environment for the program of Unsung Heros in Environment, Contribution will be of Rs 4000/-, We have nominated two names for the awards from our club.
7. We wish to arrange a Dinner meeting at the end of month, pl approve budget of Rs 40000 for the same.
