| Minutes of Meeting | MINUTES OF 9th BOD MEETING (Joint BOD) OF RCP PHOENIX HELD ON 4th June, 2022. TIME : 7:00 PM TO 8:30 PM VENUE : Trainer Rtn Shantanu Khurjekar's residence. Members present : Sanjay Deo, Vinayak Kelkar, Pradnya Dange, Pradeep Dange, Sanjay Chatuphale, Shantanu Khurjekar, Manasi Khurjekar, Sameer Dolare, Shubhada Kapade, Swapnil Deshpande, Vinay Kumthekar, Sanyogita Page, Madhav Soman, Gouri Bhagwat, Tejas Kapre, Gauri Bhave, Indrajeet Sarnobat, Ashwini Sarnobat, Deepti Sidhaye. Leave of Absence : Rammohan. * President Sanjay Deo started the meeting. * Presentations of all the avenues were made by respective Directors of 21-22 Board, present in the BOD meeting. * Treasurer Elect Rtn Sameer presented Budget for RY 22-23. * In view of increase in amount of RI dues, dollar rate and all meetings being physical during next year, it was unanimously agreed that next year Club fee will be Rs. 17000/- per member and Rs. 13000/- for couple member. * All the members who are yet to pay their current year, last year fees must pay the same by 25th June, 2022. * All the members should pay their Club fees by 25th June, 2022 by a post dated cheque of 1st July, 2022. It was decided that those members who do not pay their dues by cheque / cash by 25th June and 25th December shall be terminated. * President Sanjay put one proposal for donation of 10 clocks and 5 wall mounting fans to Prism Foundation. It was agreed by all the Directors. * Resolution for change of signatories for RY 22-23 was passed. * President Sanjay Deo concluded the meeting. * Rtn Shantanu and Rtn Manasi made their residence available for the Joint BOD Meeting. * Delicious dinner was arranged by Rtn Sanyogita for all the BOD Members. Thanks Shantanu, Manasi and Sanyogita. |
