| Minutes of Meeting | Club planning assembly meeting was held on 15.06.2022 at 2100 hrs. Total of 22 members were present. AG Rt. Manoj Munot was chief guest. Meeting was called to order at 2100 hrs , by President Dr. Mina Biswal and given brief on projects during last Rotary year. President then handed over the meeting to PE Pradeep V Davkar for further proceedings. PE thanked all members for having faith in him to lead the club during prestigious DG year and assured all house to give his best and requested for support of every one to make this DG year an excellent one. PE then requested all Board of Directors present , to share their views and plan for next Rotary Year. Rtn. Vishram , Rtn. Suresh, Rtn. PV Rajeevan, Rtn. Sanjay Dhedar, Rtn. Sanjay Patil and Rtn Girish have expressed their ideas and plan for coming RY. PE thanked BOD member for excellent projections and after that briefed the house about discussion held in Joint BOD held on 08.06.22 and Strategic planning committee meeting held on 26.10.22. PE also mentioned that besides usual project like blood donation camp / tree plantation / cancer scanning camp / few WINS projects etc. , we may not undertake much major projects this RY as we have to host two significant events i.e. DG Installation and Conference. While talking about budget PE urged the need to conduct a fund raising event to have handsome funds for executing service projects. He also expressed his views about hosting a “KHANDA COLONY FOOD FESTIVAL” during Diwali season. All members showed their willingness for the project. Committee for this event will be formed to carry out feasibility study. PE said that he has a plan to conduct “ Happy street “ on basis of Happy village and Happy school. Different sports / Dance / cultural activities can be conducted by blocking a street ( with proper permission of civil authorities) This event will boost Rotary’s Public image in locality. Disaster help group is a need of hour and PE said that we have all required specialized persons in our club to form a help group. With few hours of training a quarter , we can make a trained force to help civil authorities in case of any disaster. At the end PE requested everyone’s support and handed over the forum to President for further proceeding. President requested AG Rtn. Manoj Munot to address the forum. AG thanked everyone for the excellent projections and wished all the best for the club to perform in coming year, however he has shown his concern over registration of our club members in RI website. Only 57% of our club members are registered on this site. He also has taken assurance from President and PE to have 100% registration done by end of this month. After Secretarial announcement, Vote of thanks was expressed by PN Rtn. Girish. As there were no points to be discussed , Meeting was adjourned by President . |
