| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Estimated financials for 2021-22 was presented by Rtn. Ninad 2 Draft budget for RY 2022-23 membership fee and other income was presented by Rtn. Ninand. Prospective projects in pipeline for 2022-23 were also discussed in order to estimate the budget for Trust and Club 2022-23. 3 Club’s new logo was introduced to club members. 4 BOD members names announced with their roles for the year 2022-23 and added three more members in BOD. (Rtn. Namita Grewal, Rtn. DD Mishra & Rtn. Sonal Somani) 5 Rtn. DD Mishra will take lead in conducting membership survey via google form. 6 SWOT analysis of RCPA will be prepared in the month of August 2022. 7 2023 Marathon event tentative date will be 5th February 23. Rtn. Abhishek will be the project director. 8 Induction program to be conducted for all new members who have joined the club. 9 RCPA club official web site to be created with the help of professional agency. Rtn. Abhishek will take the lead on this activity. 10 RCPA club achievements/projects history to be captured in a power point presentationfor our references and records. 11 Audit team to be created to inspect the completed projects by RCPA. Audit team will inspect if the material provided by RCPA is being utilized properly. Rtn. Sonal Somani will be the lead for this activity. 12 Each BOD member should present their activity plan for the RY 2022-23 by July 2022. 13 A book library to be set up in Adarsh Vidya Mandir School. Literacy team will take lead on this project. 14 How to do more global grand projects with the help of CSR partners were discussed. 15 How to engage new members on the projects and club activities were discussed in order to retain them in the club. 16 Secretarial announcement was done by Rtn. Saraswati. |
