| Minutes of Meeting | On 27th Aug 2022 a synergy program was organized in RID 3131 by 12 clubs coming together. 109 people attended it. Some were veteran rotarians, many were new rotarian, some to be rotarians and some Ex-rotarians who invited themselves to hear PDG Mohan Palesha. The program was a grand success and there was a great take away for all attendee. Some highlights of the evening where 1. veteran rotarians, many were new rotarian, some to be rotarians and some Ex-rotarians attending 2. New members of different clubs got inducted on a common platform 3. 12 diverse clubs, some carrying a legacy of 35 yrs while some as young as 5 yrs came together to arrange this program in synergy. The beauty of this synergy was way each club gelled and supported each other. All were at one level . A Business Networking Conclave was carried out On 24 August 2022 Wednesday from 2-9 pm In Orchid Hotel, Near Balewadi Stadium, Pune 411045. DGE Rtn Manjoo Phadke was the chief guest..There were @ 150 business professionals attending it from various backgrounds. They got inspired by speeches by eminent industrialists & later participate in a structured Speed-Biz-Networking event. The highlight was a Speed-Biz-Networking with 6 persons on a round table for networking with the other 5 on that table, for about 30 minutes & tell each other 1> what's their business, 2>where they need help in referrals & connections, 3>what sort of ASKs they have. Each cycle was almost 27-30 minutes. We had 4 such cycles. We made sure that they interacted with 5 different persons in each cycle. Lovely and knowledgeable Evening Indeed Meeting new people new business and collaboration is indeed a great idea as it was appreciated by all participants. The venue and arrangements were excellent. All clubs will work on donations. Estimated amount of project is 6 lakhs. Including toilet blocks, Hand wash stations, water purifier and ramp for physically handicap students and staff at school. One of PHURSUNGI based school also in need of two toilet blocks. 2. *Kidney Operation setup* Dr. Sanjay Chaudhary, HoD Urology dept, Ruby Hall Clinic jointly working with our club and we could help the kidneys stone patients up to 50%. Set up need some equipments and Apparatus to the tune of 75Lakhs. In phase-1 we want to do upto 25 lakhs-30 lakhs. Our club will have provision for 15,000/- for this project. Our club to be a *co-host of District event* in sports for awards and prizes. 5000/- to 10,000/- for our club contribution. 4. *PUBLIC image project* Traffic Sign boards of Rotary to be installed in association with 9 Rotary clubs.
