Get the application of draft from CA for condonation of delay and submit to Income tax personally.Rtn kirti to coordinate and submit the same. 3. By 1 st week of Oct all compliances to be done and completed. Rtn Uday raised following points – 4. 10B make a application form 5. Then fill 10 B 6. 10B not filing is a error but not scrunity 7. Upload by CA 8. Revise the return by CA. • It was agreed that it was the mistake of CA ,to guide us properly of why the Due Diligences were not completed. All the files of Accounts to maintained for 8 years..—NO decision on accountability of who will maintain. Rtn Uday has maintained for RY 14-15/ RY15-16 Rtn PP Kirti will maintain all the accounts for her Rotary year. . • Rtn Kirti to be behind CA for revised filing of Income Tax. • It was also decided considering the present status not to go ahed with the collection of funds from other clubs for PM Awas vikas yogana • Rtn kirti has yet to submit 4 bills .Only blank bills received. Our old member Ms Deepali Kalbhande to support for the Income Tax matters and help the club. |
