| Minutes of Meeting | AGM for the RY 22-23 was held on 27th Dec. 2022 as scheduled prior. Total number of members present - 30 Following agenda was communicated to all members through mail and hence the same points were discussed during AGM. Agenda- 1. To present last Rotary year's (RY 21-22) audited report. Last rotary year's (21-22) audited report was presented by last year's Treasurer Rtn. Shashank Tilak. All project details, donations, expenditure etc was explained to the members. On presenting same, Rtn. Shashank Tilak proposed for approval for the audited report of the trust. Rtn. Vikas Bhure proposed it and Rtn. Prasad Pujari seconded the same. 2. To present Board of directors and Board of Trustees for RY 23-24. Next year (RY 23-24) president elect Rtn. Girish Mathkar presented his board of directors and board of trustees. The borad members and respective avenues are as below. Rtn. Girish Jaywant Mathkar - President Rtn. Padmaja Atul Joshi - IPP Rn.
