Minutes of Meeting	Meeting called to Order by President. Minutes of last BOD were read by Secretary. In absence of Treasurer, account balances were presented by President as below: Admin Account - Rs. 22,929/- Charitable Account - Rs. 1,46,706/- Plan for next month (Jan'23) was discussed and finalized as below: 4th - Business Meeting. 11th - Club Assembly 18th - Popati party with Lions Club of Khopoli 25th - Family Night + Lecture on Insurance It was also decided that based on confirmation from Karjat Rotary Club, a joint meeting shall be arranged on 11th or 25th based on their availability. This shall be confirmed by Karjat President in a day or two. Projects: 1. HIGH RISK PREGNANCY CLINIC " at the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar hospital , Khopoli. on every Wednesday. : Project Chairman - Dr. Ravi Tilak. Letter for approval from CO of KMC to be given to start the camp. 2. Club Picnic : 2nd or 3rd week of Feb'23: contributory : Project Chairman : Abbas Kothari. Details shall be worked out and presented to board. 3. President clarified that other project shall be planned based on fund balances report presented by Treasurer in Business Meeting scheduled on 4th of Jan'23. 4. Board has also approved Rapid Chess Tournament tentatively to be scheduled on 12th Feb'23. Approved fund is 20,000/-. However Board members have agreed to sponsor the expenses.
