| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting Called to Order and National Anthem President invited AG RTN Manoj Munot to the dias and welcomed him. The Club Constitution, By-Laws were shown to the Assembly as approved at the begining of the year. President Presented the activities of the whole year through a PPT Presentation and she elaborated every point for the benifit of AG and members. AG said that he was satisfied and happy with this clubs activities and acknowledged that being the club is not even a year old, we have done good projects He gave a few suggestions - RI Citation to be added, Rotary foundation amount to be indicated, Cricket events are considered as Multi district activities. |
