The President read the details specified in the email received from the District regarding this visit. A detailed discussion was held on the necessary preparations, and responsibilities were assigned to each Board of Directors member accordingly. It was also decided to establish direct contact with the Assistant Governor to arrange his visit on November 10, prior to the District Governor’s visit. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting called to order. The discussions held in the BOD meeting were shared with everyone. The District Governor’s official visit to our club is scheduled for November 23. In the Board of Directors meeting, responsibilities were assigned to each member, and everyone has been informed of their tasks. Additionally, a meeting with the Assistant Governor is confirmed for November 10, before the District Governor's visit. A general meeting is scheduled for November 7 before the Assistant Governor’s visit, and all members are requested to attend. Everyone is also urged to be present during the Assistant Governor's and District Governor’s visits. With the goal of achieving 100% donor status for our club, each member is requested to contribute a minimum of Rs. 2500 (with no maximum limit) as a donation towards the APF. Members should submit their cheques to the Treasurer during the club meeting scheduled for November 7. The Rotary Club of Kharghar Midtown has organized a "Green Society" seminar on November 10. It was decided that our club will participate as a synergy partner for this initiative. Each member is requested to encourage at least two representative from a housing society to attend the seminar and ensure their registration for the event. |

| Meeting Agenda | What an incredible Diwali celebration experienced today at Punyayi Sabhagruha! The mesmerizing singing performances left us all spellbound, especially Amit Deokule's soulful voice and his performances of different varieties of songs , which was a true musical treat. However, it wasn't just him - Rucha, Suresh ji, Ashok ji, Pooja, Rohit, Pramod ji, Prasanna, Aarti, Amita, Prashant, and Sarang also delivered fantastic performances! A huge round of applause goes to Rajani Swami for her flawless comparing and making count each singers speciality of songs and singing !! Without mentioning about talented musicians, Prasad ji and Suresh Tekale, for their incredible play on the tabla, Kongo, synthesizer, and peti, this musical fest would not have been possible! Let's not forget the wise and wonderful Rotarian audience, who listened, applauded, and cheered on all the singers! To top it all off, we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast feast of upma, idli, sambar, chutney, Dhokla, and faral items - absolutely delicious! What more could we ask for in a Diwali celebration?! Thank you all Club Secretary Rtn Pooja Wadekar with equivalent support from Rtn Ashok Lele, Rtn Amit Deokule, Rtn Rucha for making program an unforgettable experience. We deserve three cheers for an amazing morning that we'll cherish for a long time! |
