| Minutes of Meeting | 6th November 2024 1. A meeting with strategic committee members from district 3131 was held on 6th November was held on 6th November at Pragati Industrial Estate hall. 2. Rtn. Deepak Shrivastav, Rtn Bhojkar, Rtn. Survase and Rtn. Milind Agnhotri (who is also our club member) were present from district committee. Rtn. Deepak Thite, Rtn. Deepak Naniwadekar, Rt, Prabhakar Wawge and Rtn Shirish Puranik were present from RCP Karvenagar 3. A questionnaire prepared by strategic committee was discussed in detail during the meeting. 4. Vision, mission statements of the club, new initiatives taken by club, projects already executed by the club and new projects in pipeline were discussed with the district committee. 5. SWOT analysis points were presented to the committee and the action plan to mitigate risks were also discussed in detail. |
