Minutes of Meeting	The meeting began with the national anthem, and AG was welcomed by the President with flowers. The President handed over an information booklet prepared for the DG’s visit, which AG reviewed and appreciated. The President informed that updates have been made on the RI and District websites regarding meetings, projects, membership, and foundation. AG encouraged all members to donate to the Foundation, and it was noted that checks would be presented during the DG’s visit. The club’s goal is to add four new members, with one already added; AG urged the club to achieve the rest soon. AG expressed satisfaction with the club’s progress, suggesting more focus on membership and foundation. Secretary Rupesh Yadav received birthday wishes, and Fast President Madhukar Naik was congratulated on his wedding anniversary. The meeting concluded with thanks to all present.

Minutes of Meeting	Rotarians present for the meeting were 6. 1. Rtn Sagar promised that this week he will make sure that Rotary Board gets installed. 2. We discussed about the Foundation Seminar. Rotarians promised that they will donate to Rotary Foundation (Online or vie Cheque) 3. As Rtn Snehal was at Preppels, it was decided that few Rotarians can meet Magar in person and talk about the Rotary Dues. 4. As schools are not yet re-opened, Rtn Sushil ji / Rtn Vivek will speak with respective schools and update all. 5. Regarding Paint, Rtn Vivek is going to speak with Shri Joshi and get the required information from them. 6. We need to find out nearby School where we can complete Cherry Blossom Project. 7. Plan to have Rotarians Family Picnic on 14th Dec. 8. We had Punjabi sweet (Fellowship by Rtn Sushil ji) 9. Meeting ended as there were no other points for discussion.
