| Minutes of Meeting | 1) PP N P Bakshi conducted the online zoom meeting. 2) The election process was presided over by PP Jamshed Khursigara.Entire process of conduct of online elections was extremely efficiently coordinated by PP Bharat Haladi.48 Rotarians voted.As there was a tie for the ninth spot,both the Rtns are included as per the Bye Laws.Hence this year 10 Rtns will constitute the Nominating Committee.PP Bharat will be the Convenor as he had secured the highest number of votes. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Showcasing ‘Raakh’ Our guest speaker on 18 th Nov. online meeting was Mr Rahul Panshikar . He was introduced by Rot. Nitin Naik. Mr. Rahul Panshikar is educated as BE ( Electronics) and Advance Management from IIM-C. He founded Rahul’s Grafix company in 2013, which produces feature films and specialises in Fashion and Lifestyle Photography, print advts., also corporate and advt. films. He firmly believes in the power of film as a tool for change and for conveying social messages. Mr. Rahul Panshikar’s short film ‘ Raakh’ of duration 17 min 42 sec was screened for all the Club online by Rot. Nitin Naik. The film conveys a powerful message about organ donation, has a sharp focus, also stressing the need to change perspective about organ donation in society. It was a thought provoking experience for all viewers. After screening of film, our club members asked questions to Mr. Rahul regarding the situation of organ donation abroad, about skin donation, also how much time it takes to make a short film, etc. Mr. Rahul gave several insights regarding the same and he has also directed other short films having social messages. Rot. Vijay Gokhale had referred today’s guest speaker. Ann Dr. Shilpa Naik gave vote of thanks. |
