The club bears the complete cost of the project. In such operations, preoperative hypothermia is a common problem, challenging the anaesthesiologist and influencing patient outcome. Efficient and safe Preoperative active warming is therefore paramount, and it can be particularly challenging in paediatric patients. The doctors had therefore expressed an urgent need to procure forced air warmer (baby warmer). Here again, our club came forward and donated a baby warmer.
