We all know during the last 4-5 months lots of Grey Collar workers have lost their jobs and so is the case with the Employers who have lost trained workers due to reverse migration to the rural areas. This application is designed to make the process smoother and less cumbersome and irritating. The Employers and Prospective Job Seekers fill the respective forms, which barely requires a minute. The forms seeks, very limited information: - Name, Mobile number, email address for employers - Skill set required - Monthly budget - Location - Area - like Kalyani Nagar, Kothrud, Aundh.....it does not seek you Address At the end of the day the offline process runs in the background and generates the list of the 3 Prospective Job seekers for each Employer. The list is communicated to the Employer through SMS or an email. The onus would be on the Employer to contact the Prospective Job seekers and verify their credentials and carry out the background checks. Employers Number or email address is NOT shared. The whole system runs within the Google Cloud and is safe and secure. Service is FREE, and is an initiative of our Club and 7 co-host club.
