We donated approx 200 kg waste material to NGO Poornam Ecovision including old clothes, newspapers, toys & E waste. This project was done in Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce in Shivajinagar, Pune. Students and staff of the college participated in the drive. The NGO has group of ladies who convert this waste material into different products like bags, pouches, file folders, notebooks and writing pads, carpets, etc. The sale of these products also was organised simultaneously. Sale of products worth Rs. 2500/- also was done. The students performed street play which included message about the waste management at that time. The club has Rotaract club in the college.
