“Be Good. Do Good”
A Rotarian who lives by this motto and spreads this message everywhere he goes. He believes that “Be Good. Do Good” is the purpose and commitment of every Rotarian and once every Rotarian understands his or her true purpose of being in Rotary, they realise their full potential.

District Governor for RY 24-25 of RID 3131, Rtn. Shital Shah joined Rotary Club of Pune East in Rotary's Centennial Year 2005-06 and became President during Club’s Silver jubilee year RY 2013-14. He bagged Rotary International’s “Significant Achievement Award” for mega project of distributing 10,000+ Sweaters to needy people.

He believes strongly that the only way to do great work is to love what you do. With years of experience and his expertise in management, he has worked tirelessly to make RID 3131 a well-structured and economically prosperous district.

Achieving success requires taking action, raising the bar, and knowing that small changes can have a significant impact. Rtn. Shital Shah has worked at almost all District posts.

• CMember of Cultural Team Pioneered a month long Mega singing competition “Rotary Idol”, which was awarded as the “Best Fellowship Event” of the year 2009-10.

He broke all the APF records till then. He had successfully collected the highest, 6.72Lakh dollars to APF. It was an all-time record breaking performance for which he was given the Best District Director Award

Donations of more than 25000 dollars have earned him Major Donor Level 2. He is a trainer and faculty within the District and beyond. He devised the super successful, mega-synergy "Happy Family Kit" Project. This is a Signature Project of the District for 3 consecutive years reaching thousands of beneficiaries. He has also transformed many underprivileged and nomadic schools.In collaboration with Foseco India Ltd., he has helped transform the residential school, Anand Ashram. He has been instrumental in bringing many more CSR partners to contribute to Rotary projects exceeding Rs.4 Crore He works as a financial planner and owns the firm Star Financials since 1988.

He is backboned by his loving wife Rtn. Ragini Shah and two sons Janak Shah who is a Financial Planner and Raunak Shah who is an Interior Designer as well as by his daughter-in-law Ritika who is a German Language Teacher.
