On the 6th of December, 2023, Devdatta attended a regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Kitchener-Westmount. The meeting was meticulously organized by Zone AG Rtn Paul Rostrup, who coordinated seamlessly with Club President Rtn Brandon Flewwelling. The meeting commenced with the President calling it to order, followed by the Canadian anthem, “O Canada”. Subsequently, Devdatta was given the opportunity to showcase our club activities to the members. Our club's robust membership and their fervor for project activities left a lasting impression on the attendees. As a token of our mutual respect and camaraderie, both the clubs exchanged club flags. Post-meeting, an insightful discussion took place between Devdatta with their Membership Director Rtn Karin Voisin about the challenges in recruiting new members. They also discussed how Rotary fellowship groups like Rotary Means Business (RMB) and the International Fellowship for Rotarian Musicians (IFRM) play a pivotal role in attracting new members to Rotary.
