The Rotary Club of Pune Tilak Road planned a visit for 50 students of MES Sou. Vimalabai Garware School to IISER (Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune). Our Youth Director, Rtn. Hemant Talathi and chairman Rtn. Swati Patil organized this Institutional Visit under the LEAD initiative of the Pune Knowledge Cluster on 7th February,2024. The session was very informative for all the students. They visited various laboratories there. The IISER outreach team gave information on various trees in the area. The three-hour session helped the Children understand many things in the fields of chemistry, biology, and physics. They also learned how to use small objects found at home for various school demonstrations. Students also participated in various experiments based on sound and balance. This session will make the children think of various career opportunities for their future.
