RCP of Tilak Road has donated a Mobile Van to Bharati Ayurvedic Hospital. This van was bought with the help of CSR funds from Kotak Mahindra Bank. Bharati Hospital will be giving medical services to various small villages/hamlets where hospitals or doctors are not available. On 1st July 2024, on Doctor's Day, our club arranged a Medical Camp at the Rural Hospital, Velhe located about 45 km. from Pune city. It was also the first project of Rotary Year 2024-25 under the presidentship of Rtn. Parag Gadgil and Secretary Rtn. Devdatta Hambardikar. It was also the first event wherein the recently donated Medical Van (Dispensary on Wheels) was used. The initiative was a collaborative effort with Bharati Hospital, local hospital professionals, and volunteers from the village. The camp aimed to offer the needy free basic health screening, consultation, eye check-ups, and free medicines. Over 92 villagers took the benefit of this camp. We posted this news on our FB page
