Hodek Vibration Technology has been working in Village Sahajpur since many years. They have manpower and employment from this village and nearby area. Hodek has approached Sports city team to conduct a need assessment to support livelihood of village women who are uneducated and unemployed. Sports city team after assessment suggested stitching and tailoring project to Hodek for underprivileged women. Hodek approved a funding of Rs 200,000 to support 17 Sewing machine. Proper training and skilling on stitching is part of this project. This will provide them livelihood of Rs 10,000 per month on an average. Its part of women empowerment initiative.
