A very well executed and endearing Awards program today. Our awardees from 4 creative artistic professions - Gardening, Patwekari, Rafu and Masseuse were the most pure hearted genuine persons. The emotional and heartfelt reactions and responses to the felicitation and appreciation by the awardees as well as their families, made today's award function worth every effort that was put in by the organising team.... All of them were overwhelmed by the admiration and accolades showered on them by RCPM. It made everyone present realise how small appreciations make huge impacts on persons who keep doing consistent good quality work but receive little acknowledgement for their work. It thus was a really satisfying experience to award these artisans. Kudos to convener Madhavi K and her entire hard working team for taking so much efforts to identify the most deserving candidates, engaging with them all the time and ensuring that they have an experience to cherish for life.
