Dear Rotarians Friends,
It is an honor to lead this incredible Rotary District 3131 filled with passionate individuals committed to creating a positive impact in our communities and beyond.
Rotary International President-elect R. Gordon R. McInally has set the theme for this year as "Create Hope in the World," and we wholeheartedly embrace this powerful call to action. In a world that often faces challenges and uncertainties, we believe that Rotary has the potential to inspire hope and be a beacon of light for those in need.
Our primary focus for the year will be on fostering hope through service, engagement, and collaboration. We firmly believe that by coming together as Rotarians, we can create a ripple effect of positive change, transforming lives and communities.
We will encourage our clubs to embark on impactful service projects like 1000 pediatric heart surgeries, one lakh aerators for taps and save water, green society, and 1000 bore well recharge. Through these projects, we will not only provide immediate relief but also create sustainable solutions that pave the way for a brighter future.Manjoo Phadke
Engagement will be a key driver in our district. We will strive to engage our members, inspire their passion for service, and create an environment that fosters personal and professional growth. By nurturing strong Rotary clubs and fostering collaboration among our members, we will amplify our collective impact and multiply the hope we bring to the world.
We also recognize the importance of embracing new technologies and digital platforms to expand our reach and enhance our communication. By leveraging these tools effectively, we can connect with a broader audience, inspire a new generation of leaders, and create a lasting legacy.
Friends, let us work together, let us embark on this journey to create hope in the world. I am sure we can make a significant impact and create a world filled with hope, love, and compassion.
Thank you for your unwavering support and commitment to Rotary.
Yours in Rotary Service,
Rtn. Manjoo Phadke
