| Minutes of Meeting | MOM dated Nov 29 Physical meeting at Girme school 7.40-9.10 pm Total 16 Rotarians / Spouse plus 01 guest Highlights of discussion 1. Project Fees for 25 students executed & details of 25 beneficiaries students was handed over to Bhole sir representatives teacher from Girme school . RCPH thanked Rotarians who have generously donated towards fees. It was considered RCPH strength in arranging fund within 48 hours of the appeal . 2.Ilyas bhai presented all the projects done in this year & all uploaded on district web site 11 projects , frock distribution projects will be added upon receipt of details. 2.ForthcomingKaldhari Happy village projects 2.1 Health check up camp 2.2 Eye check up camp SV Desai 2.3 Mamography detection camp Proposed project date : Dec. l week 3. Career counselling for students appearing for 10 Th exam for 100 plus students would be undertaken by Rtn Rashida Ji. Members of committee includes Rtn . Shabbir Karu. Sohail bhai & Nasrin bhen. 4. Shabbir Nalwala shared his experience on pre pets which was 03 day event at Duke resort. 5. Celebrating Rotarians organised delicious fellowship & members relished 03 BD cakes & thanked Hemant bhai . Guluji. & Nilima Ji . 06. Communications improvement on projects execution was taken up & members participated in discussion. 07. Sanitisation project proposed by Najmi bhai for Rs 5000 was discussed & approved in the meeting, 08. Secretarial announcement on Anniversary & BD for the month of Nov . was read .& thanked for good beginning of physical meeting. 09. It was proposed to undertake DG visit in the month of March/ April 10. Secretary leave of absence April onwards was granted by President & directors. |
