| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Meeting called to order followed by National Anthem. 2. The forum observed One Minute silence to pay respect to CDS Bipin Rawat. 3. The project of Blood Donation Camp at Khandeshwar Garden was reported. Need to hold more frequent Donation Camps was emphasized. 4. President announced that the Women Empowerment Project shall be taken up in the 3rd week of December, 2021. 5. President of RC Panvel, Mr Vijay Mandlik & President Elect Mr Shirish Nandekar were present as Guests to brief about the ‘Happy School’ project and the Fund Raiser event planned by them on 11th December at Phadke Auditorium, Panvel at 4.30 pm. 6. Five Club Members purchased the Donation Tickets worth Rs. 500/- each and tit was also decided that a Donation of Rs. 5,000/- shall be paid by RCNP for this project. 7. It was informed that the Chairman of IG Petrochemicals shall be visiting the Mega Medical Centre on 10th December at 11.30 am for formal inauguration of the Blood Donation Van they have donated to the Blood Bank. 8. Rtn Praful Dhargalkar addressed the forum and briefed how the donation was obtained from IGPL. He also explained that there is a vast potential available for getting further donations from IGPL and that their visit on 10th will be like a Litmus Test. He thus requested that the Club should present its strength by attending the 10th December Inauguration in large number. 9. He further stressed that IGPL would be closely monitoring the activities of the Van and hence all efforts should be done to ensure best usage of the Blood Donation Van by careful planning. 10. He also stated that the Van, moving in to various areas around Panvel, will be good Public Image Tool as its exterior exhibits Rotary Projects. |
