Minutes of Meeting	We had a well-attended Virtual Meeting with a distinguished speaker in the form of Dr Sheilu Sreenivasan , an eminent social worker and social scientist, who runs the Dignity Foundation, and NGO dedicated to the Care of the Elderly. Dr Sheilu explained the various facets of Dementia, which is and age-related disorder which is becoming more prevalent in India, as we have an increasing number of old people and a higher number of people who live beyond 80 years or more. While the symptoms of Dementia are often vague, it can be detected by Psychiatrists and Psychologists through the MMFS Screening test. While there is no cure and the condition is usually progressive, a significant number of patients will benefit from treatment. The use of Day care centres for Dementia are a useful tool for this population and Dr Sheilu is successfully running such Centres in Chennai and Mumbai, and hopes to expand the concept in more urban areas in our Country. WE are grateful to Dr Sreenivasan for introducing us to work of the Dignity Foundation and to the problem of Caring for Dementia Victims in our Society.

Minutes of Meeting	1. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay welcomed all Board members to the first BOD meeting of new RY and updated about the ongoing Project activities 2. Minutes of the previous board meeting were confirmed by everyone 3. Status of last board meeting action items were discussed. 4. Sunil presented the Club Budget. BOD approved the budget. He also updated about the status of the Club subscription paid. 5. It was decided to send two gift hampers to all members in the current year. 6. Ravi appraised the Board about status of Global Grant projects. 7. Pradeep Dharane updated about the non medical projects. He confirmed that Water projects will be continued. 8. Dr Sarang spoke about his plans for Medical Project 9. Raman Nanda informed that the Membership Committee is actively working on adding new members. He shared a one pager to help in Member recruitment. 10. The membership engagement scorecard started the previous year will be continued to be maintained.
