| Minutes of Meeting | DG Pankaj Shah chaired all the three meetings namely meeting with Strategic Planning Committee, meeting BOD of Phoenix Club and Club Assembly . Also AG Mahesh Bhagwat was present for the Strategy Planning Committee and BOD Meetings. Members present for meeting with Strategic Planning Committee : PE Pradnya, Current President Sanjay Deo,, President Elect Rammohan, PP Pradeep, Rtn Sameer . President Elect Pradnya, Chairperson of Strategy Planning Committee presebted strategic Plan of the club to DG Pankaj Shah. DG appreciated the strategic plan. He suggested that we should think of one Global Grant project for which we should not wait for Trust formation.He also mentioned that District will be with for all types of guidance in GG. Members present for BOD : Rtn Sanjay Deo, Rtn Pradnya Dange, Rtn Rammohan Alurkar, Rtn Shubhada Kapade, Rtn Pradeep Dange, , Rtn Madhav Soman, Rtn Vinay Kumthekar, Rtn Indrajeet Sarnobat, Rtn Swapnil Deshpande. In the BOD meeting with DG , all directors presented their report of their respective avenues. President Sanjay presented the report of Admin and New generation Avenue. President Sanjay started the Club Assembly and welcomed DG. DG Pankaj Shah in his address to all members and gave information in detail regarding Rotary structure, legacy and branding of Rotary Organization, importance and benefits of wearing Rotary Pin, RIPR, International convention and explained the concepts of Global Grant Projects, CSR Tool etc. He assured that if the club brings leads for conducting Global Grant project, Projects with CSR donations e tc. District will extent all type of help. He declared that donation of Rs. 10000/- will be given by him after formation of the Trust of the club. Rtn Sameer was MOC. Rtn Pradnya gave vote of Thanks. |
