| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Club Bank Account not opened as PAN still not received. It was decided to take fees of second term in Madhuri's current account and pay 2nd term RI dues from that account. 2. APTA School project udner CSR - Estimation in progress. School wise quotation to be given to Hercules. 3. Khalapur School - project under CSR MoU is signed by School, physical copy being sent to us for Signature from our club then Hercules. The work will be started once MOU is signed by all parties. 4.Digital School Project as per details sent by Rtn Pankaj Patel will done for 3 schools (Gulsunde, Apta and Khalapur). Club Budget Rs.30000/-. Letter to be taken from respective Principal. Explore of school can partially contribute for this project. 5.Hercules is ready to support for need based projects. We need indetify suitable beneficiaries. Also need more involvement from club members, specially civil engineers. 6. We need to increase members, everyone should try for the same. 7. Need to start physical meetings for better assimilation and attendance. Family meet planned on 11th and 18th Feb. with program like Coffee shop and external guest speaker. 8. Next year BoD Declartion to be done in one of the meeting in Feb-22. 9. Toilet Block requirement was received from one of the school, considering the cost , decided not to go for it. Requirement to passed to other clubs. |
