| Minutes of Meeting | Regular physical meeting to review preparation for AG / DG visit Members present 09 plus Highlights 1. President briefed on agenda of the meeting. 2. Secretary has started collection of documents as per list shared by AG for AG visit , planning assembly & DG visit. Except club bye laws & SWOT , other documents would be submitted virtual at a latter date . 2. Trust balance sheet& IT return will be submitted by Ilyas bhai . 4. Presidential citation qualifications points to be finalised by Prez. No further discussions undertaken. 5. Current SWOT & strategic plan to be submitted . 6. Invoice has been received of RI dues ‘ needs clearance by end of the month. 7. Ilyas bhai has updated RI & District website with respect to goals & current status. 8. AG visit is on Feb 14 virtual for which agenda would be finalised & submitted to AG, 09 DG visit agenda to be finalised & submitted to AG . DG visit is a physical event & approx. budget in between 30 -40 K is approved. Members are requested to finalise venue . 10. Rotaract / Interact report will be updated for club ppt. 11. BD were proclaimed & respective greetings exchanged. 12. Club bulletin publication was requested to ShabbirP 13. All avenue Director to speak on their respective performance in this RY being physical meeting . All are requested to come prepared as done in the past. 14.It was deliberated that all members must clear their dues immediately towards functioning of Club .Future functioning of club was discussed & BOD must deliberate to increase in membership fees ,Number of members, fund raising projects, CSR grant , participation in district conferences & RF / polio donations to be discussed & finalised before next RY. to preserve image of our club in District. |
