Variety of Delicious dips, bhel were done by then. garam garam chicken & veg. starters were lovely. जेवणाची उत्तम सोय होती. भाकरी, पिठलं, मसाल्याची वांग्याची, कढी, खिचडी, ठेचा, साधा भात, पापड, खेकड्याची व चिकनचे कालवण???? Jilebi was brought Medha. आज सकाळचा पहिला, दुसरा, तिसरा चहा, मिसळ पाव, उपवास वाल्यांसाठी खिचडी, कोशिंबीर मग रिपीट चहा! आहाहा! रेलचेल, चंगळ, आजच्या ब्रेकफास्टची. खाली येऊन मग गप्पांचा फड रंगला, चांगलाच रंगला! हा हा हि हि हू हू चं उधाण!! ?? तिथल्या बागेतल्या पपई, चिकू, कोथिंबीर, भात, पावटा, नारळ असे बरेच प्रकार विकत घेतले. मग पुन्हा जेवण. इतके हसलो, गप्पा, टपल्या मारल्या?, की परत काय ते खायला तैयार! गरम गरम पोळी, मटार-फ्लावर रस्सा, बटाटा काचर्याची भाजी, मेथीची भाजी, चिकन करी, ठेचा, ताक, आमटी- भात, गुलाबजाम!! यम यम यम यम ?? जेवण अतिशय छान, चविष्ट होतं. काल रात्रीच्या दोनदा वेगवेगळ्या वेळी घेतलेल्या कॉफीने स्किट स्पर्धेमध्ये व उशीराच्या गाण्याच्या कार्यक्रमामध्ये बहार आणली. जेवणाच्या आधी डान्स फ्लोअर ओपन केल्यावर तर 'उधाण वारं आलं जी...' असं झालं होतं फोटोज् तर इतके काढलेत की विचारूच नका. ? काय आणि किती लिहू असं झालंय. सगळ्या विजेत्यांचे अभिनंदन! ???? बक्षिसं पण छान! पुन्हा एकदा पिकनीक टीमचे कौतुक |

| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-fellowship started at 6 PM on Zoom where the members joined and interacted with each other on various topics. Post pre-Fellowship, the meeting was called to order by Pres. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay and all members and guests were welcomed to the meeting. In salute to spirit of giving, donation of INR 1.90 Lakhs received for scholarship for course fees of 4 deserving students of HV Desai Eye Hospital - College of Optometry. Donation of INR 1.17 Lakhs was received for Satara Water Project – installation of solar plant. President Amitabha updated members about the Vaccination on Wheels Project status. 1,52,1408 vaccines have been administered as on 17th Feb. Donation of INR 10,000 Received from Rtn Pradeep Dharane for improving basic Necessities for Shirdi Sai Baba Home for Aged Blind Women of Poona Blind Men’s Association. An Eye Check Up Camp was organized at Pujya Pujya Kasturba Gandhi English and Marathi Medium School on 17th and 18th February 2022. Total of 645 students and the staff had Eye Check Up. The camp was organised by Rtn, Oni and Nafisa Kakajiwala. President informed members about the felicitation event ' Baghban' by District 3131. In this event Rotarians from all Clubs who have completed 25 years of service in Rotary will be felicitated by DG Pankaj Shah. President invited all our Club members who completed 25 years to attend the event. We wushed happy birthday to Rtn Pradeep Supnekar, Rtn Shefali Naik, Rtn PP Dr Nasir Kazi, Rtn PP Ashok Ghia, R’Ann Bharati Dumbre, R’Ann Noorjahan Kazi and Rtn Sunil Asher. We wished happy anniversary to Rtn Bal and R’Ann Lata Agarwal, Rtn PP Neeraj and R’Ann Seema Handa, Rtn Anubhav and R’Ann Jalpa Tewari, Rtn PP Rajendra and R’Ann Rajashree Shah. This Week Guest speaker Vikas Khemani spoke on the topic - ' Looking India through a new Prism - A different perspective on why it presents once in a lifetime opportunity. He spoke about how the present Government is working on various policies on the economic front that has given boost to the industry which will take India is on the path of economic glory. |
