| Minutes of Meeting | Official Visit of the DG to the club scheduled on 10th March 22. As per the guidelines First DG met with the strategic Planning Commitee. President Elect Rtn Satish Briefed about the club present senario, plans and strategic goals of the future . DG interacted with the other members of the committee. Strategic meeting followed by BOD meeting . Each BOD members present , gave briefing on their role, goals and achievement . After that DG interacted with the retractors of both the club officials . Youth director Swarupa Facilitated the meeting New members of Satellite club inducted during the Meeting. Membership Director Rtn. Niraj Mehata administered the rotary oath followed by Rotary pin award by DG Pankaj. district Membership Director DGND Shital Shah felicitated the new members and awarded the certificate of satellite club formation. Also honoured Rtn Harry George for his efforts in formation of satellite club President Rtn Rathnakar Shetty presented the report on club performance . AG Rtn. Mukesh Gupta shared his experience working with RCKP. Finally DG Pankaj Shah delivered the chief guest address . He emphasised on growing rotary and also appraised about the various projects being charriedby the Rotary District. He motivated members to actively involve in all rotary activities and donate generously to rotary foundation. At the end Rtn. Niraj Mehta proposed vote of thanks. |
