| Minutes of Meeting | The club hosted the district event consisting of day long activities at the BNCA, Karvenagar, Pune. Team of about 20 volunteers were involved in the planning and execution since last 3 months. The even began at 09.30 am with the club President opening the event. Thereafter DGE Rtn. Dr. Anil Parmar and the district team conducted the event as per the event agenda. RC Pashan provided complete administrative support for the event while also doing publicity of the club''s activities at the event. A main hall and 9 other rooms for various avenue Break-out sessions were provided. Over 300 people from all over RID 3131 attended. Host of PDGs and leaders from other districts such as PDG Rtn. Ravi Vadlamani addressed the attendees. The DGE Rtn. Dr. Anil Parmar, District Trainer (22-23) PDG Rtn. Dr. Girish Gune and the entire team highly appreciated the flawless arrangements by RCPP and lauded the club. The club president adjourned the meeting at 06.00 p.m. |
